Instructional Weekend
This is actually part of the Kairos Weekend. It is where the Candidates are taught about prayer and share. Six talks will be assigned based upon the sign up lists. The talks are based on the six item found on the Prayer and Share card. It is especially important that those who serve at tables sign up to return. Residents invest in the freeworld men at their table and if no one from their table shows up, it is easy for them to think they have been abandoned by Kairos. For the same reason, it's important for table leaders to return as often as possible in the first few weeks following a weekend.
Sign-up sheet for the Instructional Weekend should appear at the second team meeting.
